Agile BA Techniques
Agile BA Techniques
Lukas Klose
“Agile, agile on the wall, which technique is right of them all, or does it even matter?”
is agile just another fad, or do BAs need to pay close attention? What techniques do agile BAs use, what is the difference, and what are the “why’s” behind the “what’s”? In this interactive workshop we will discuss how the phenomenon of uncertainty informs our approach to problem solving, and how that influences the BA toolset.
