There are occasions and work environments where smart, skilled professionals fail. Maybe there’s a followership problem, but maybe there is a leadership, culture, or methodology problem. Maybe an environment sets up some employees to fail.
This event explains how to emulate the martial art of Aikido to derive what to do. The material includes five tools that are symptoms of being set up for success and five tools to pursue when a project lacks the first five tools.
