A (More) Complete System for Business Analysis is Crucial for Success

Thursday, March 30, 2023 -
6:00pm to 8:00pm

Despite advances in awareness and application of business analysis skills and techniques, we continue to suffer from gaps in analysis outcomes that result in more challenging or unsuccessful projects than we would like to acknowledge.

There are some well-known techniques that can improve your analysis skills which aren't currently covered in the traditional BA training and certification programs. After leading a reflection on your personal project experiences, Jim will introduce a few key skills and perspectives to significantly improve your business analysis and project outcomes.

Prepare yourself to engage and think outside the box in this session!
