Innovation Elegance: What Would A People-centric Methodology Look Like?

It’s common to like the idea of a people-centric methodology. It’s overdue to formulate one.

This session will share the building blocks of such a methodology.

  • Distinguishing disposable from durable teamwork
  • Formally managing a rhythm of collaborating people and their competing ideas with simplicity and transparency.
  • Committing low-ambiguity habits to muscle memory (like a dancer) helps you transcend mechanics and innovate with style.

Teams can gradually adopt these tools inspired by the arts. The tools combat VUCA and shape a culture of discipline and empathy. People-centric attentiveness leads your team to innovate with Elegance.
