This is the eighth session of the Vancouver Chapter IIBA certification study group sessions in 2024. The purpose of these sessions is to help BAs understand and achieve International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®) certifications. At these sessions, participants will review and discuss key concepts, knowledge and skills, and share experiences in business analysis practices. The study group will host 10 monthly sessions, ending in November.

This virtual study group session will explore the BABOK® Guide Chapter 8: Solution Evaluation which describes the tasks used to assess and improve the performance and value of solutions.

Materials and Prework
Participants should bring a copy of the BABOK® Guide version 3, available online at no cost for IIBA members (IIBA Website). Non-members can purchase a PDF, ePub or Kindle version at the IIBA Website or a printed copy on Amazon. To facilitate an effective study, we ask participants to read Chapter 8 in advance and send any questions to development@vancouver.iiba.org.
