This session will examine how professional business, process and technology architects can take advantage of recent digital and AI capabilities to modernize our architectures and deliver explicit knowledge to the processes that will transform human-cyber business operations:

  • Architecture Foundations
  • Tacit and Explicit knowledge
  • ‘Fit for purpose’ knowledge processes
  • ‘Everyday AI’ as a knowledge accelerator
  • Models that represent knowledge and those that cannot

About the speaker

Roger Burlton, CMC, is the President of Process Renewal Group. Having worked with over 200 organizations globally to transform from traditional organizations to more modern ones, he is recognized as a world leader in establishing a business value delivery model supported by Business Architecture practices. Roger developed the first Business Process and Business Architecture practices in the world in 1991. He is the author of several books, including his latest “Business Architecture: Collecting, Connecting and Correcting the Dots” , released in 2022.
