The Backlog is Broken: Here is How We Fix It

In this discussion our speaker challenges the status quo, highlighting how backlogs often become stagnant reservoirs of requirements, hindering value delivery and team-customer alignment. But fear not, as there's a solution at hand!

Introducing "The Rock Crusher" – a revolutionary model for flow-based backlog management, designed to reignite your backlog's purpose as a dynamic tool for active value management. Published in May 2023, this model has already transformed countless teams' approaches to backlog management.

In this workshop, participants will delve into the Rock Crusher Canvas, gaining insights to diagnose and rectify their backlog woes. Join us and discover how to unleash the true potential of your backlog, driving value and fostering team alignment like never before.
