Insurance Planning & Innovation is looking for a Business Process Advisor who will fulfill the role of Business Innovation Lead focusing on innovative business technology solutions, including Robotics Process Automation (RPA) for the Insurance Division and all its associated operational functions at ICBC.
 
Our Insurance Planning & Innovation team is looking for a Business Innovation Lead who will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of innovative business technology solutions, including RPA related automation opportunities, within the Insurance Division. This role will liaise with all levels of the Insurance management team across all its operational areas and work closely with ICBC's Information Services partners to plan and deliver automation solutions to Insurance operational areas.
 
As ICBC pushes forward with its 2025 Strategy, the Business Innovation Lead will work closely with Insurance Division customers and ISD partners to seek out and implement innovative business technology opportunities that provide quantitative and qualitative business benefits to Insurance operational areas. For example, RPA, by leveraging existing systems and business processes, has the potential to reveal numerous benefits for ICBC by reducing processing costs, increasing capacity, improving quality (reduction in human errors), and higher employee satisfaction (more meaningful work).
