Using Business Analysis as an Arsenal in Building a Digital Strategy

Digital Transformation is not all about digital technologies, but about leveraging technology to solve business and/or day-to-day problems. The first step towards Digital Transformation is to strategize the “Digital” journey.
In this presentation, we introduce the key phases in the construction of a Digital Strategy. While doing so, we review the tasks and activities required to construct a Digital Strategy through the lens and skills of a Business Analyst. We describe how key Business Analysis knowledge areas and techniques can prove to be an arsenal in the successful construction of a Digital Strategy.
About the speaker: Priyanka Agrawal is a Senior Management Consultant with over 15 years of consulting and industry experience. She has a proven track record in aligning IT solutions to business needs, promoting change through strategic initiatives and driving process improvements while leading projects to success. With a breadth of experience in business analysis and transformational projects, Priyanka has applied her skills to both the public and private sector. Priyanka holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and is a Certified Business Analyst, Prosci Certified Change Manager and is ITIL certified.
