Paradox Surfing – a Business Analysts’ Practice for Leveraging Transformation Success

Developed over a 7 year period by Dr. Linda Miller, the Continuous Transformation Management Framework is a set of principles and practices that shift the mindset of the organization away from Industrial Age thinking to a new ‘age’ oriented in social intelligence, co-creation, and inter-connectedness – referred to as The Millennium Age. The ability to apply these principles and practices increase your value proposition as a business analyst on transformation initiatives setting you apart from others.  At this session, you will learn how to apply the practice of Transformational Paradox Management – a key element of the Continuous Transformation Management Framework.

Linda Miller, founder of iMind Transformation, has career roots in software development and has moved through roles as business analyst, project manager, program manager, and change management lead. Over 17 years, Linda has served public and private organizations as a management consultant addressing transformation through outsourcing, restructure, merger and acquisition, and technology. Linda holds certifications in change management, project management, program management and executive coaching.
