Introduction to Gamification for Business Analysts
Gamification is the application of game mechanics within a non-gaming environment, and has been used successfully in many companies like Starbucks, Air Miles, and Fitbit. Gamify at Work is the deployment framework of organizational transformation through gamification and the methods used to drive internal employee behaviour change. Gamification and the Gamify at Work framework hold opportunities for future project engagement and the ability to develop gamification focused initiatives to help influence stakeholder behaviour for your project success. As an analyst, you will be able to create the environment and game mechanics to support a successful Gamify at Work initiative that will support your project goals.
This presentation will introduce the topic of gamification and its business applications, explain the organizational behaviour levers that can be optimized through gamification, and help business analysts gain an understanding of how gamification can drive project success.
