About the Speaker:
Since adopting agility at Electronic Arts in 2012, Lukas Klose has been helping organizations all over North America to unleash the power of their workforce. Since then he has worked as an agile coach and trainer with a wide array of enterprises like Royal Bank of Canada, HSBC, BCAA, BestBuy, Standard Insurance, WorksafeBC, and Industrial Alliance, providing leadership to lead their organizational transformations to success.
Lukas leads the Agile Leadership Program at UBC’s Sauder School of Business (associate certificate), instructing over a hundred agile and project management practitioners per year. He teaches classes covering everything from foundational understanding of agility to leadership skills, Product Management, Scrum Mastering, Kanban, and Lean/agile Portfolio Management.
Before this, Lukas assisted High Tech companies as a software engineer and consultant, implementing technical teams & systems, until he was hired by Electronic Arts to build their Web Publishing project management office, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios. Lukas provides end-to-end coaching & training, including team chartering, program & leadership education & coaching.
