IIBA Certification Study Group Session 8
BABOK Chapter 8: Solution Evaluation
This is the eigth study session of 2018. The purpose of these sessions is to help BAs understand and achieve International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®) certifications. At these sessions, participants will review and discuss key concepts, knowledge and skills, and share experiences in business analysis practices. Nine monthly sessions will continue until November 2018. You do not have to have attended the first session to attend this one.
The sessions are based on A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® Guide) version 3.
Chapter 8 describes the tasks that business analysts perform to assess the performance of and value delivered by a solution in use by the enterprise, and to recommend removal of barriers or constraints that prevent the full realization of the value. (BABOK® Guide)
This session will be facilitated by William D’Souza, MBA, PMP, CBAP. William is an accomplished Senior Manager with over 15 years experience in the financial services industry, with HSBC. He had led global teams of Business Analysts, as well has also done Product, Portfolio, Project and Program Management roles.
