6:00pm to 8:30pm
Please join us for our January Speaker Event featuring:
TRINA ROWSELL
HOW TO HANDLE DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS

This practical workshop takes the art and science of human conversation and connection to another level where you engage with your peers and hear their experience during difficult conversations and give you tools to succeed.
Has there been a time when you became defensive during a discovery meeting and didn’t meet the objectives of your session? Have you ruminated for hours or days after you walked away from a conversation or meeting that didn’t feel right? Have you wanted to say something during a meeting but felt intimidated? Many of us have experienced one, or all of these potentially uncomfortable scenarios.
When you leave, this workshop will help you understand:
•             Your perspective during difficult conversations
•             Patterns and beliefs around difficult conversations
•             Foundational practices to help balance your nervous system and thought patterns
•             Understand the arc of intensity and self-managing your emotions

BAs wear many hats as you engage a variety of stakeholders ranging from the C-suite to the front-line to assess and recommend complex business solutions - all while maintaining confidence, continuing to be fully engaged, and technically aware. One would say, you have a big role in any organization!
