This study group session will explore solution evaluation, the knowledge area covered in Chapter 8 of the BABOK® Guide. Solution evaluation tasks focus on assessment of a solution’s performance and value, including identification of barriers or constraints that impact value realization.

In this virtual session, expect a facilitated review of key concepts and study tips, discussion with other business analysis professionals, and practice exam questions.

Materials and Prework
To make the most of the session, please read Chapter 8 of the BABOK® Guide version 3. An online version is available at no cost to IIBA members through the IIBA Website. Non-members can purchase a PDF, ePub or Kindle version at the IIBA Website or a printed copy on Amazon.

Facilitator
This session will be facilitated by Hossam Eddeen Saleh. Hossam is an international consultant, instructor and speaker for project management and business analysis and founder of Strategic Management Experts (SM-Experts), Canada, a specialized firm in providing corporate consulting services and training for corporates and public. He started his career as an architect and has built extensive experience managing projects and leading fast developing organizations. Hossam is CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, PgMP, ASF, LEED AP certified.
