Virtual Session - Tuesday, February 10, 2026 Introduction to the Study Group & IIBA Certification - BABOK Chapters 1 & 2 This is the first session of the IIBA certification study group sessions in 2026. The purpose of these sessions is to help BAs understand and achieve International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®) certifications. At these sessions, participants will review and discuss key concepts, knowledge and skills, and share experiences in business analysis practices. The 10 monthly sessions will continue until November.
Synopsis:
  • With shifting mandates and endless prioritization puzzles, stakeholder management is more critical—and more challenging—than ever. BAs and product managers are uniquely skilled at mapping stakeholder needs, managing expectations, and building bridges between business, technical, and customer teams. This session will share creative techniques and case studies for stakeholder engagement that drive buy-in and reduce friction.
