Monthly Study Session: Chapter 7 Requirements Analysis and Design Definition BABOK®
The purpose of these sessions is to help Business Analysts understand and achieve International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®) certifications. At these sessions, participants will review and discuss key concepts, knowledge, and skills and share experiences in business analysis practices.
This session will cover the BABOK® Guide Chapter 7 Requirements Analysis and Design Definition, which describes business analysts' tasks to structure and organize requirements discovered during elicitation activities. This chapter also discusses specifying and modelling requirements and designs, validating and verifying information, identifying solution options that meet business needs, and estimating the potential value that could be realized for each solution option.
