The purpose of these sessions is to help BAs understand and achieve International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®) certifications. At these sessions, participants will review and discuss key concepts, knowledge, and skills, and share experiences in business analysis practices.

The sessions are based on A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® Guide) version 3.

Chapter 8 describes tasks that business analysts perform to assess the performance of and value delivered by a solution in use by the enterprise, and to recommend removal of barriers or constraints that prevent the full realization of the value. (BABOK® Guide)

This session will be facilitated by Dr.  Peter Riddell, Peter is a distinguished researcher, management consultant, and educator, he specializes in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Risk Management. His extensive academic background includes a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). Moreover, Peter holds several certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).
